Chef Alberto Cansino
Cansino is a culinary expert from Tijuana, Baja California-Mexico. In his work, the passion for highlighting the best of each ingredient stands out by combining techniques and flavors in a free kitchen, using local products. 
He has participated in different important gastronomic festivals in the Calibaja region such as the Baja Culinary Fest, paella beer&wine Festival, the Wine Brotherhood, Las Conchas y el Vino, flavor of Baja, and Ember Festival, among others.
Together we have developed and established his visual identity as Chef from 2017 to 2020.
Cooking Classes with Chef Alberto Cansino. 
In 2019, Chef Cansino began offering private cooking classes where he teaches different cooking styles.
